1. Use the shortcut keys [Win+R] and enter [control] to enter the control panel;
2. Change the View by to "Large Icons" and click "Power Options";
3. Open "Choose what the power button does" in the left column, click "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and enter;
4. Uncheck the "Enable Fast Startup" option, click "Save Changes" and then restart;
5. If the above method does not work, there may be a problem with the graphics card driver, you can try to download the old driver to solve it.
