1. Right-click the [Start] button and select [Run];
2. Type cmd and confirm;
3. Enter the command prompt, enter ping steamcommunity.com and press enter, remember the last IP address;
4. Open the computer system disk, locate the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc, find the hosts file;
5. Right-click the file and choose Notepad to open;
6. Type at the end：
   104.99.56.134 valve.vo.llnwd.net
   104.99.56.134 cdn.steampowered.com
   104.99.56.134 cdn.store.steampowered.com
   104.99.56.134 cdn.steamcommunity.com
   104.99.56.134 media.steampowered.com
7. After inputting, click the file and save and exit, and then log in to Steam again.
