1. Use the shortcut key [win] + [R] to open the run, and enter %appdata% in it;
2. Find Origin in the folder;
3. Please close the Origin game before entering the folder to delete all files;
4. Go back to the appdate folder, find the Local folder, enter and delete all files in the Origin folder;
5. Delete all files and re-run and log in to the Origin game.
