1. Use the shortcut key [WIN+I] to open the settings, find "Apps" in the left column, click "Default App" on the right and open it;
2. Find the Microsoft Edge browser in "Default Apps", click and open it;
3. Find ".htm" and select other browsers you want to open by default.
