1. Right-click [This Computer], and select [Manage] in the menu bar that opens;
2. In the [Computer Management] window, click [Device Manager] on the left, then click [View] at the top, and select [Show Hidden Devices] from the drop-down option that opens;
3. Open [Display Adapter], select the video card driver that failed to install, right-click [Uninstall device] and check [Try to delete the driver for this device];
4. Go back to the Computer Management window, click [Operation] at the top, and select [Scan for hardware changes] in the drop-down item that opens;
5. Finally, install the prepared graphics card driver. If the recognition is normal, then restart the computer.
