1. Press the shortcut key WIN + R to open the running interface, enter regedit and click OK.

2. Locate and click the following registry subkey:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE——SYSTEM——CurrentControlSet——Control

3. Locate ServicesPipeTimeout entry.Note in the right pane. If this entry does not exist, it must be created. The creation steps are as follows:
- On the Edit menu, point to “New”, and then click DWORD value.
- Enter ServicesPipeTimeout entry.Note and press ENTER.
- Click Decimal System, enter 60000 and click OK. Before the service times out, the value displays the time in milliseconds.
- Restart the computer.
