sfc /SCANNOW, Enter; Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Enter; Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, Enter; DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth, Enter; Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted , Enter; Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}, Enter; Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage, Enter.
Then restart the computer. Either reset this computer or simply reinstall the system.
