Method one:
1. Open the start menu, enter "Settings", and find "Troubleshooting" in the settings;
2. Scroll down to find the "Other Troubleshooting" option, click "Run" to the right of "Internet Links", the system will automatically assist in solving the problem.

Method Two:
Check if the router is faulty, if not, the wireless network port may be damaged and need to be repaired or replaced.

Method three:
1. Open the start menu, search for "Machine Device Manager" and enter;
2. Expand the "Network Adapters" option, right-click the first one and click "Update Driver";
3. Finally, select "Search for drivers automatically" and let the computer operate by itself.
