1. Use the shortcut keys Win+R to open the run box, and enter [regedit] to open the registry;
2. Click one by one：
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StuckRects3, find [settings] and modify it;
3. Modify the value below the FE on it.
Note: 01 is the top of the taskbar, 02 is on the right, 03 is on the bottom, and 04 is on the left.
